Twilight Alliance Gamers was formed March 24, 2007 with the initial group being made up primarily of real life friends. While many of them have moved on to other things, the guild has continued to grow and prosper.

The thing that makes our guild special to us is that we are truly a casual, social guild. Sure, we have members that like to raid and others that like to PvP. Those parts of WoW are just as fun for some members as questing and material gathering is to others.

The common bond for TAG members is that we play WoW for fun and choose to do so with people like us. We are all older people that have jobs, careers, families, mortgages and other similarly challenging responsibilities that, when we log in to WoW, we try to leave behind in the real world. In this manner, we can play WoW for what it is intended to be - entertainment.

While we are a guild that raids regularly, we are not a raiding guild. We don't have a rigorous raiding schedule nor do we use any type of DKP loot distribution system. Our approach is, of course, a casual one where we try to involve as many of our members as want to be involved. This means we progress a bit slower than some other guilds but, I think, we have more fun and appreciate our accomplishments more than a lot of other guilds.

Our guild charter explains a lot of how we do things in TAG. There are a number of links embedded in that document as well in the website's main navigation that link to more details about us such as our officers, ranks, bank, etc.

If you are not a member of TAG but would like to be one you simply need to drop by our forum and introduce yourself or contact one of our guild officers in game.
